- complete in natural growth or development, as plant and animal forms: a mature rose bush. (So, I guess, we can call those really tall and big guys or totally lady-like ladies, who sprout nothing but hurting sentences and bimbotic sentences, a mature person?)
- fully developed in body or mind, as a person: a mature woman. (Mind? Not exactly very specific in this meaning.)
- pertaining to or characteristic of full development: a mature appearance; fruit with a mature softness. (Looks can be deceiving!)
To me, maturity is mainly about having high EQ. It's not about how you look. And, growing older does not make you a matured person.
