Yes. Numbers is now my new found best friend. For those who don't know what's Numbers, it's actually something like an excel that's developed by Apple. It's beautiful.
But of course, my version of beautiful isn't really always THAT BIMBOTIC okay? This time round, I'm loving numbers a lot because of one particular template - Loan. Or something like that.
So what about that? Well, it's very very cool! Here's a little screen shot of what you can expect when you first open the template. (Of course, I had tailored the entire spreadsheet to my own needs.)
So, what magic can it do? Okay, first, key in the total amount of your loan, key in the interest rate that the bank gives you and lastly, key in how long would you want to take to complete the loan. And tadang! You will be able to get your monthly payment!! So, it's going to keep everything in track. So long you still to the amount that they had calculated for you, then you are able to do it in the amount of time you wanted to do it. (Urm, actually, you can do it with any spreadsheet la. It's just that, you have to create the formula. For simplicity sake, just use Numbers.) And then, in another tab, I've changed the formula in a way that I can see how much more loan do I have after entering all the amount I pay each month. Isn't that wonderful?
So, I've tabulated all the bank loans I have. And, I've gotten the amount that I should pay to each bank and facility. And, I've found out what's the amount of money I need to find per month. Ha! I'm short of a few hundred dollars. (Donations anyone?!) But because I have an aim, I just have to go around looking for that money. All because I only gave myself 36 months to get out of this shit. I'll probably do it. =D
See, isn't Numbers my savior somehow?
=D
