Lotus and us!

Lotus had been part of my family since donkey years ago. We had loads of fun, loads of quarrels and loads of photos together. She is just like my little best friend, little sister. We share a lot of fun things and delicious food together, we give each other a hug once in a while. We quarrel over small little things, yes, I don't give in to her all the time. I scold her and she scolds me back (more often than I do recently). We can fall in love with the same thing together (and that explains why people say we are best friends). I never understood the art of being with kids completely, but growing up with her allowed me to understand the art better. One thing that is really important is that, just a little tiny bit of effort like opening your eyes or lifting yourself up to entertain her can make both of you a happier person. =D

So, being like her number best friend, I pulled her to a 'mini hi5 concert' over at Marina Square. I knew she will like it because almost all kids love to sing and dance with them (I'm serious about this because I see A LOT of kids dance along really well!) and she know almost all their dances. Ha!

People mountain people sea man! There was already a super long queue by the time we reach (1 hour before the show starts!!!). Parents brought their kids and queue up. Craziness. We (or mainly dear) wanted to give up but I know that Lotus will be really disappointed if we don't let her do it. So, we queued for one hour. LOL! But of course, the smile and her enjoyment was well worth it. I begin to understand why some parents do certain things just for the smile on their babies' face. Of course, I don't do it very often because spoiling kids isn't top of my priority. Plus, I'm too lazy and too poor. LOL!

The crowd.

I bet she enjoyed herself. She told us she did 'Hi5' with Stevie! Haha. And, she actually made some new friends because parents aren't supposed to enter the area. We were over the 50 limit (ya, remember? We were one hour earlier>). Full house. LOL. So, she gladly went in with her new friend. She danced and she sang and, boy, I'm so proud of her. LOL!

Watching her improve in her writing and drawing is kinda nice. Haha. But of course, we were not the ones who trained her. LOL! We only, erm, look at the results at the end of the day. Ha!

Brought her to Lar's and Ignacio's party because we are together for hte day anyway. Ha!

I think she was very entertained. LOL!

We are so gonna miss her if she grows up and leave our home one day. She is the only and only Lotus that no one can replace and I seriously love her A LOT! Yea. Even though we always quarrel. And yes, even when she throws tantrums and such. You cannot understand it because she have not hugged you and kissed you and kept telling you "I love you!" or "I really really love you a lot!"

And she taught me a lot of things. From a child's point of view. And, they are not troubles like how many people sees children. (Seriously, you think you were not young before?!) It just take a little more patient! Haha!

I wonder, when I really have my own family, how lovely would it be? Ha!
