Even though I did not travel out of Singapore, I do not mind the least! I had enjoyed myself greatly, in ways that you may not understand. LOL!
1. I watched Yogi bear. Muahahahahaha. I have no idea why I enjoyed the show so much even though there's no plot or what. LOL! I think I like to laugh at dumb people and dumb actions and dumb thinking. (That's part and parcel of me anyway.) This is what made Yogi and Boo boo so cute and adorable! They just make me laugh!! =D
2. I went USS as what I had said in my last entry. It was fuuuun~
3. I did quite a bit of shopping. Well, I'm sure everyone can understand why I love every single bit of this ba? LOL! When I said shopping, I meant a consecutive few days of shopping. I went spotlight, ikea, orchard, kino. Everywhere I went, I bought something back. Be it for myself, for my loved ones or for the parties, I don't care. So long I get to spend money, I'm happy. LOL. And thus, I'm pretty broke once again. Hehs. But I realized something, I like to shop by myself. I really do. In fact, I've done most shopping by myself!! =D
4. I had a lot of late nights. Like, seriously, ALOT! So, I crazily woke up at the wrong hours and had my breakfast time all screwed now. I'm seriously thinking that I'm going to suffer when I return to work again. LOL! My breakfast today was at 3 plus today. Hehs. I think it was around 1 yesterday? LOL!
5. I spend my christmas eve with my buddies! Even though we have been meeting pretty frequently recently, I love spending time with them. We have been brought closer than never before and I cherish and treasure this a lot a lot.
6. I have been spending A LOT of time with my dear dear. We didn't do much. Just watching tv together, sharing a cup noodle at unearthly hours (4am?), and chit chatting away. Whatever I do, I love the fact that he's right beside me. And yes, even if it meant washing dishes (I had never washed so much dishes in my life before sia) or ironing clothes (I don't even iron my own clothes) and cooking his favorite dishes.
7. I checked out the hdb website. Muahahahahahahahahahahaha! The best christmas present from my dear is to agree to BTO with me! LOL! But of course, we will have to wait till next year before we will do it. Hopefully there's going to be BTO sites around our home then. =D
8. Sewing? But I haven't been at home too long to do a lot of sewing. But ideas are constantly churning in my mind and I have a new dream. I want to read more, be inspired more, shop more to be more creative!
I enjoyed my holiday in many small ways instead of a few big ways. I did a lot of things that I don't even remembered. I only remembered that every single day was full of smiles and laughter and happiness that filled my heart. I did not receive any present during this christmas season (other than the gift exchange), but I seriously do not mind a bit and did not take too much notice of it. Yes, receiving something is a plus point (like always) but I realized that I prefer to give than to take. I like preparing presents for people, I like finding something and buy it and give it to the person. And, it can take place on day of the year! It does not have to be Christmas, isn't it? Christmas is a season of giving, but many had made it into a mindless giving session. They don't give from their heart anymore. Which is the reason why we don't really celebrate all the commercialized holidays.
All of you are the best present to me, as always. =D
Happy Boxing day and still, merry christmas folks!
