Welcome to the GIMP world!
Whatever you can do in Photoshop, you can more or less do it in GIMP! Hohohoho. And what's best? GIMP is FOC while PS is super duper crazily expensive! And well, I'm forced to do so because I only have windows version of PS but not the mac version. Oh wells, I have to find my own alternatives. Ha!
But now the trouble is, I have to relearn all the functions in GIMP languages. All the icons and locations of the different functions are kinda different from PS. It's quite irritating somehow. But, how much do you want from a free software that's so good?!
Well, I'm not working on my new website of course. I'm working on the montage of the year. I think my idea is pretty cute, I just need to get it out in real. And what's great is that my idea had evolved to something even better! WoohooO! But this is crazy. I've spend hours on creating 'the background' and I have nothing out at all. Well, the main reason was because I don't know how to use GIMP! LOL! It's going to be so much faster with PS! *NO! I have to learn it because no one's going to buy PS for my mac and I'm not going to throw away my mac too. Haha.*
I'm not complaining because I'm enjoying it. Haha. I must have some 'designer desire' within myself right? This is the only reason I can think of why I love sewing and graphics designing. Haha.
