Upset

I feel so upset when I see my parents so worried and upset, and there's nothing I can do about it.

When will all these end? There seem no end to it. In fact, it's like a growing snowball that seems to becoming bigger and bigger.

I dun feel like joining in with the discussions anymore. Not when the main character refuses to say anything at all.
